We kindly ask that clients allow a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure every pet receives the care and attention they deserve.

To ensure a smooth in‑home grooming experience, we’ll need access to a bathtub or a deep sink for bathing if a bath is included, as well as a nearby electrical outlet to power grooming tools. Everything else is taken care of for you.
